A Traditional Liturgical Calendar to Make with Your Children!

Homeschool Ideas

A friend found this wonderful project and sent it my way, and I could not resist sharing it!

If your family follows the traditional liturgical calendar (pre-1962), here is a project you are sure to love!

We will be trying to put together April this week. For more information, instructions, and printable templates: Sanctus Simplicitus’ Liturgical Year Bulletin Board

  • That’s pretty. We have a simpler version from the CHC “A Year with God” book. It has a liturgical wheel and pictures of saints, but not a daily feature, only a weekly one.

  • Thanks for sharing our calendar! I can’t wait to take a look around your blog 🙂 Our calendar was inspired a bit by the one that Eva above mentions but made traditional and adding much more to it though I don’t have a way to mark personalized feast day celebrations and name days. An idea to think about! May you have a blessed Holy Week!

  • Nice! I just received A Year With God as a gift and am hoping to take a close look at it soon. God bless your Triduum!
